Lead times:
Smaller Items deliveries:
- Our items are generally sent by conventional couriers, many of which offer tracking for our customers. Of course we will share this information as soon as possible where we can, in regards to your order. We look to dispatch deliveries within 1-4 working days, to ensure you get your order in a timely manner.
Larger Items deliveries:
- For larger items, we sometimes use third party logistics companies. These couriers sometimes offer tracking, which we will of course share with you as soon as we can. In the event tracking is not applicable to your order, please ensure mobile contact information is attached to your order. We will try and get in touch with you as soon as we get an update on your delivery.
DISCLAIMER:
At any time we can have up to 9.000 products on our website, many of which items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. We also have stock on backorder with our suppliers and many of which are available for pre-order. Delays to any order will be fully communicated and if you require specific time frames for your delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
