Shipping & Delivery

We kindly ask our customers to review the product page as it states an estimated arrival date, as well as average shipping lead times for each individual product.

Generally, we delivery most of our items in 4-15 working days.

We are able to provide you with a tracking number for some products, but not all of them.

If you are ordering larger products that are delivered via our 2-Man courier, we will make sure to send you a tracking number after the item has been dispatched.

Especially for larger items that require assembly we can organise our courier to unpack the item for you and if necessary to take the packaging away.

Depending on the item and the complexity of it, they can help to assemble it, e.g if legs have to be attached to a chair etc.

Most of our furniture will be delivered via our own 2-Man courier.

Returns & Damages

Should you receive a damaged item or the item has been damaged during delivery, we kindly ask you to refuse delivery.

Whilst we make sure to quality check our items prior to dispatching them, it can happen that they get damaged before or on delivery.

After refusing delivery, we will make sure to be in contact with you to organise a replacement to be sent out.

As per our Returns Policy, we do charge our customers a 30% Restocking Fee for unwanted items.

Why do we charge a fee?

The fee covers collection from your address via our courier and insurance for delivery back to our warehouse. Since we need to re-stock i.e re-package, re-label your item to be ready to be sold again we need to charge a fee in order to cover all these costs.

We offer free shipping on most items, but whilst we don't charge you for this - we still have to pay for delivery ourselves. If you return an item we also have to pay for returns shipping which all in all can get rather expensive.

Alternatively you can always send an item back to our warehouse yourself.

We ask you to insure the package and to only return the item in its original packaging.

Please note: We won't be able to credit you, if the item is not in a re-sellable condition.

Unfortunately, we can't accept any returns if the item is not in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

Our suppliers choose their packaging carefully and make sure that the chances of damages on delivery are minimal. We therefore ask you to return any unwanted or damaged item in the same packaging.
